Electrically Assisted Lasing in Metal Halide Perovskite Semiconductors

Abstract: Metal halide perovskite (MHP) semiconductors offer the prospect of wavelength-tunable diode lasers fabricated on a wide range of substrates without lattice matching concerns. However, to date, all MHP lasers are optically pumped.
