“…A correlation between the conduction mechanism and s ( T ) behavior could suggest an appropriate model of this conduction mechanism. 82 Based on two different processes, the classical hopping over a potential barrier and the quantum-mechanical tunneling, or a combination of both, it has been supposed that the responsible charge carriers could be electrons or ions. 83 These different models have been determined based on the behavior of the parameter “ s ”.…”

“…39 It may be mentioned that the SXRD pattern of the Zn-doped sample is best fitted for Zn 2+ (1.18 Å) ions at 2c sites, unlike the earlier reports 13,18,[39][40][41] that suggested the occupancy of Zn 2+ (0.74 Å) ions at 4f 1 (coordination number The obtained values of lattice parameters (a, c) and unit cell volume of the samples in Table 1 are well-matched with the reported values. 11,[14][15][16]31,43 The details of refinement parameters (lattice parameters (a, c), cell volume (…”

“…The modification of magnetic and electrical properties via the doping of non-magnetic divalent elements (Zn, Ca, Sr) at the Ba sites of the BaM crystal structure has been reported in the literature. [12][13][14][15][16][17] A non-uniform variation in the magnetization and coercivity has been reported in Cr-doped BaM. 14 Zn doping in the BaM system enhances This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2022 magnetization.…”

“…So the material is in a hard-soft magnetic state. Therefore, to increase the capability of M-type hexaferrite material as a microwave absorber, several methods were carried out, for example combining Ba 2+ and Sr 2+ ions (Ba1-xSrxFe12O19) [6], substituting Mn 2+ ions on Fe 3+ ions (Ba0.6Sr0.4Fe12-zMnzO19) [4], making hexaferrite composites with perovskite (SrFe12O19-La1-xSrxMnO3) [7], BaFe12O19-NiFe2O4 composites [8], or making multiple layers consisting of BaFe12O19-BaCoZnFe10O19 composites [9].…”
