Elastic Registration of Single Subject Task Based fMRI Signals

Abstract: Single subject task-based fMRI analyses generally suffer from low detection sensitivity with parameter estimates from the general linear model (GLM) lying below the significance threshold especially for similar contrasts or conditions.
