Elastase-Induced Intracranial Dolichoectasia Model in Mice

Abstract: Elastase injection through the cisterna magna can induce intracranial dolichoectasia in mice. Fifteen to 25 mu of elastase is an appropriate dose to use with acceptable mortality.
