Abstract: Esta investigación estudia el impacto de las externalidades que son generadas por los flujos y atracciones turísticas sobre la formación de los valores inmobiliarios de los distritos de Ciutat Vella, Eixample, Sants Montjuic y Sant Martí, y la segmentación residencial en Barcelona.
