This work is part of the project “Determining factors in the reading habits of secondary school students. A study from the variables of the educational context” (PR2017040), funded by the Own Research Plan of the University of Cádiz. The main objective is to know the reading consumption of Spanish teenagers. Specifically, the consumption of analog reading of students of 1st year of Compulsory Secondary Education in Spain is studied. A sample of students from the province of Cádiz (n=664) and from other Spanish provinces (n=192) responded to a questionnaire about their reading habits. It allowed, in the first instance, to determine if informants enjoy reading and, later, to gather information about what and in what format they read, the criteria on which they are based to choose their readings, how much time they dedicate to read and where they get their readings. The results indicate that this sector of the population prefers reading adventure books, chooses books by subject, reads more during holidays and uses their own books. However, it is confirmed that the development of the reading habit is still a subject to pass.

El curriculum escolar, y su concreción en los libros de texto, se centran fundamentalmente en referencias a autores donde predominan los hombres desde la perspectiva del canon, quedando en el olvido obras atribuidas a autoría femenina. Para solventar este escollo, en este trabajo presentamos un viaje a la Generación del 27 desde la voz de una serie de creadoras olvidadas –las Sinsombrero– que tendrá su final de trayecto en la fundación Rafael Alberti. Este itinerario permitirá disfrutar, dentro y fuera del aula, la obra de autores y autoras de una generación clave en la literatura hispánica y compartir su pensamiento entre los jóvenes lectores de educación secundaria en la escuela actual. The school curriculum, and its concretion in the textbooks, focus on references to authors where men predominate from the perspective of the canon, leaving works attributed to female authorship forgotten. To solve this obstacle, in this work we present a trip to the Generation of 27 from the voice of a series of forgotten creators –las Sinsombrero– that will have its final journey in the Rafael Alberti’s Foundation. This itinerary will allow the students to enjoy, inside and outside the classroom, the work of male and female authors of a key generation in Hispanic literature and share their thoughts among young secondary school readers in today's school.

Las tecnologías aplicadas a la educación: el uso del booktuber para el desarrollo de la expresión oral

RESUMEN El artículo se inserta en el área de educación, concretamente en el campo de la alfabetización, la lectura y la escritura. Pretende analizar cómo la tecnología aplicada a la educación, a través del booktuber, puede convertirse en una estrategia para mejorar la expresión oral de los estudiantes y su interpretación crítica de la realidad. Se utilizó una metodología de diseño cuasi-experimental pretest-postest, con una muestra de 44 alumnos de 6º de Educación Primaria de un centro educativo de Cádiz (España), dividida en un grupo control y experimental. La implementación se realizó en nueve sesiones para trabajar la oralidad primero y posteriormente, mediante la creación del booktuber. Se utilizaron cuestionarios para analizar el contexto de ambos grupos, una rúbrica para evaluar la expresión oral de ellos y un cuestionario para evaluar el éxito y la aceptación del booktuber. Se mostraron diferencias significativas entre ambos grupos lo que justifica la validez del booktuber.
