Abstract

The Ardimulyo village administration tracking system based on the fire telegram bot is a system that is used as a source of village information. This system handles obstacles related to submitting and tracking letters manually which results in people having to come to the village office several times. By using this system, the village can provide services to the Ardimulyo community effectively. The method used in developing this system is waterfall. System visualization is described using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) with three related parties, namely the village admin, community and employees. The test results of this study used blackbox testing where of the 5 functionalities tested namely login, mail tracking, notifications, process status updates and outgoing mail produced the desired results.
