Abstract: ABSTRACT:Here, we evaluated the in vitro antileishmanial activities of Olea europaea linn. leave extract (OLE) on some Leishmania spp. OLE (0-160 g/mL) was considered against promastigote and intracellular amastigote forms of L. tropica (MHOM/IR/2002/Mash2) and L. major (MRHO/IR/75/ER) using MTT assay and in a macrophage model, respectively.
