“…In [3] and [11] an assignment of this absorption is given with (001) 16 8 9 -(000) 16 8 , 8 . Using the molecular constants of Barbe et al [4] and the components g aa , gt, b and g cc of the ^-factor given by Mack et al [5] we calculate the gj factors of both levels to be gj = -0.8209 yielding a splitting between o+ and cr_ transitions of 25.7 MHz at 20530 G. This is in good agreement with our observed splitting.…”
