Einfluß physikalisch-chemischer Eigenschaften flüssiger Schlacken auf die Entschwefelung von Schmelzen des Systems Fe-S-CSättigung

Abstract: Untersuchung des Einflusses der physikalisch‐chemischen Eigenschaften von synthetischen Hochofenschlacken des Systems CaO–MgO–SiO2–Al2O3 auf die Entschwefelung von kohlenstoffgesättigten Eisenschmelzen. Ermittlung der Schwefelverteilung zwischen Metall‐ und Schlackenschmelze in Abhängigkeit von Basizität und MgO‐Gehalt. Messung der Viskosität, der Dichte und der Oberflächenspannung der Schlacken. Erörterung der Zusammenhänge zwischen Schwefelverteilung und Schlackeneigenschaften.
