Einfluss nichtmetallischer Einschlüsse auf zulässige HCF-Bemessungskennwerte*

Abstract: Kurzfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt die Ergebnisse umfangreicher Schwingfestigkeitsuntersuchungen unter Umlaufbiegebeanspruchung zur Ermittlung der kritischen Einschlussgrößen in unterschiedlichen, hochfesten Stählen vor. Sämtliche Ermüdungsrisse gingen von nichtmetallischen Einschlüssen aus, deren Größe, Form und Lage vermessen und anschließend statistisch ausgewertet wurden.
