Einfluss des Bauteilverzugs auf Form- und Lagetoleranzen

Abstract: Kurzfassung Die Vorhersage von Bauteiltoleranzen vor Fertigungsbeginn beim Fräsen kann zu einem Wettbewerbsvorteil von zerspanenden Unternehmen führen. Unter der Berücksichtigung unterschiedlicher Faktoren, wie z. B. Maschine, Werkzeug, Werkstück und Aufspannsituation, lassen sich Materialabtragssimulationen verbessern.
