Eine NiAs‐artige Hochdruckmodifikation von FeN

Abstract: Durch Kombination von Laser‐geheizten Diamantstempelzellen mit Synchrotron‐Mößbauer‐Spektroskopie wurden die chemischen Hochtemperatur‐Hochdruck‐Reaktionen von Eisen und Eisennitrid, Fe2N, mit Stickstoff untersucht. Show more

“…The high‐pressure nitridations of iron, cobalt, and nickel lead to the formation of highly coordinated nitrides and pernitrides such as NiAs‐type mononitride (FeN and CoN) and marcasite‐type pernitrides (FeN 2 , CoN 2 , and NiN 2 ) , . Recently, copper was also discovered to form CuN 2 , which crystallizes in a hexagonal symmetry and consists of a layer of edge‐sharing CuN 6 octahedra stacked along the c ‐axis and linked by a short‐distanced N‐N dimer .…”
