“…With these findings, our study contributes to the assessment of a political trend that is currently changing the dynamics of European party systems and that is associated with a conservative turn of parts of the European Left (Lefkofridi et al, 2014;Oesch and Rennwald, 2018;Steiner and Hillen, 2021).
