Eine aktivierbare Lanthanoid‐Lumineszenzsonde für die zeitgesteuerte Detektion von Nitroreduktase in lebenden Bakterien

Abstract: Wir beschreiben die Entwicklung einer aktivierbaren Lanthanoid-Lumineszenzsonde für die zeitgesteuerte Detektion von Nitroreduktasen (NTRs) in lebenden Bakterien. Die Sonde wird durch die NTR-induzierte Bildung einer sensibilisierenden Carbostyril-Antenne und dem resultierenden Energietransfer auf das Lanthanoid-Zentrum aktiviert.
