Abstract: Körperliche Aktivität wird bei Depressionen als ein wichtiger Teil der therapeutischen Intervention betrachtet. Auch das Felsenklettern oder das Bouldern (Klettern in niedriger Höhe ohne Seil) umfasst viele nützliche E ekte auf Menschen mit Depressionen, die mittlerweile auch in ersten wissenschaftlichen Studien untersucht wurden.
