Ein 48 kg schweres retroperitoneales Riesenlipom

Abstract: Report on a woman patient of 57 years of age having an retroperitoneal partly calcified lipoma weighing 48 kg. Chronic renal insufficiency developed postoperatively as a result of the prolonged pressure.
