“…In the present study, various coccidian stages (both asexual and sexual) were recognized including developing schizont and macrogametocyte characterized by the peripherally arranged wall-forming bodies and surrounded by parasitophorous vacuole were noted within the epithelial cell, even in the lamina propria of villi. These results are in accordance with those reported for many other Eimeria (Abdel- Ghaffar et al, 1991;Dai et al, 2005;Mehlhorn, 2006 andBashtar et al, 2010).
