Abstract:Primary adenocarcinoma of the small intestine comprises one of the rarest gastrointestinal malignancies. Further, the terminal ileum is very seldom implicated. This entity occurs sporadically and evades traditional colonoscopic evaluation in which the terminal ileum is not visualized.
