“…The results of this study also indicate that the EBP mentors for nurses do not believe they are meeting the EBP competencies, especially for the knowledge and skills. In 2005, Youssef, Alshraifeen, Alnuaimi, and Upton (2018) conducted a cross‐sectional study with 124 Egyptian and Jordanian nurse educators to determine their EBP competency.
