This study aims to measure the perceptions of students of Bayburt University School of Physical Education and Sports about the quality of education at the institution where they study and to investigate whether there is a difference between perceptions of students about the quality of education concerning different variables. This study is a descriptive study designed using the scanning model. The study population consists of 673 students continuing their education in 2020-2021 at Bayburt University School of Physical Education and sports. The sample consists of 276 students studying in this institution. The scale Physical Education and Sports Sciences Performance in Universities Providing Physical Education and Sports Education (PESPERF) developed by Paktaş (2015) for the School of Physical Education and Sports students was used for the study. The analysis of data was carried out using SPSS 25.0 package program. The significance tests were based on a significance level of 0.05 (p). Independent samples t-test (Independent Samples T-test), one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) for unrelated samples with more than two means, and tests for correlation analysis were used to analyze the data concerning the sub-dimensions. Before the research was carried out, permission was obtained from Ethics Committee of Bayburt University. As a result of the analysis, a significant difference was found in favor of male students in all sub-dimensions except manager's vision according to the gender variable. Consequently, it can be said that the variable of gender, have a significant influence on individual perceptions of educational quality

Liselere Geçiş Sistemindeki Değişikliğin Öğrenci Profillerine Yansıması Üzerine Fenomenolojik Bir Çalışma

2018 yılından itibaren liselere girişte yerel yerleştirme ve merkezi yerleştirme esasına dayalı yerleştirme yöntemine geçilmiştir. Öğrenciler, ya tercihleri doğrultusunda adreslerine yakın olan okullara sınavsız kayıt olmakta ya da MEB tarafından belirlenen bazı okullara merkezi sınav puanlarıyla kayıt olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı ise yapılan değişikliğin (yerel yerleştirme ve merkezi yerleştirme) okullardaki öğrenci profilinde değişimlere yol açıp açmadığının değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemiyle yürütülmüş, fenomenoloji ile desenlenmiştir. Çalışma grubunu; 5 okul yöneticisi, 5 branş öğretmeni ve 5 rehber öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada, veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmış; verilerin çözümlenmesinde betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda yerel yerleştirme ile kayıt alan okullardaki kontenjanların belirlenenden fazla olduğu ve dolayısıyla da sınıf mevcutlarında artış gözlenmiştir. Bu yüzden okulların fiziki yapıları göz önüne alınarak kontenjanlarının belirlenmesi gerektiği önerilmektedir. Ayrıca meslek liselerinin itibarının artırılması yönünde çalışmalar yapılması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir.

Araştırmanın temel amacı sınıf tasarımı üzerine Çanakkale’deki ilkokullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini incelemektir. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim deseni ile yürütülen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Çanakkale il merkezindeki ilkokullarda görev yapan 41 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan sınıf öğretmenleriyle alınan izinler doğrultusunda ve gönüllülük esasına dayalı online ve yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerini toplamak amacıyla ilgili literatür taraması gerçekleştirilerek ve uzman görüşü alınarak oluşturulan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşmeler esnasında elde edilen verilerin gizlilik içinde korunacağı ve kayıt altına alınacağı bilgilendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Görüşmeler sonrasında ses kayıtları bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin incelenmesinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular NVivo paket programı ile modellenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre sınıf tasarımında sınıf öğretmenlerinin; fiziksel unsurlara önem verdiği ve bu unsurlardan sınıf içi yerleşim düzeninin belirleyici olduğu, sınıfın bir diğer unsuru olarak nitelendirilebilecek eğitsel unsurların başında öğrencilerin hazırbulunuşluklarının dikkate alınması gerektiği, ideal sınıf tasarımında özellikle fiziksel ortam ögeleri ve düzenine dikkat çektikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin mevcut sınıf ortamlarının; oluşturulmasında çoğunlukla görüşlerinin alınmadığı, kendi eğitim felsefe ve hedeflerini desteklemediği, öğretmen-öğrenci iletişimi üzerinde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu, esnek fiziksel düzenleme imkanı tanıyan, müfredatta belirtilen ders içeriklerine ve yapılması öngörülen etkinliklere uygun buldukları, öğrenme alanları (ilgi köşeleri) ile zenginleştirilmesine ihtiyaç duydukları görüşlerine ulaşılmıştır.
