The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on people's social interaction and has brought changes on education, environment and economy. COVID-19, which affects every aspect of life, has produced results that require re-evaluating the perspective on education. Distance learning, digital learning, e-learning has reshaped education in many ways. There can be a chance of the pandemic in the digital age to turn into an advantage for the education sector. In this period, it can be said that those who have high interest in technology move more easily in distance education and e-learning processes. In this context, expressing the best skills in the digital age, it was thought that the concept of digital citizenship would have positive effects on e-learning. This study is a relational survey and tested by establishing a relationship between digital citizenship and e-learning. The study was conducted among higher education students. It has been observed that there is a positive relationship between digital citizenship behaviors and e-learning attitudes. In addition, it has been observed that the negative anxiety of students due to the pandemic is reflected in their e-learning processes. However, overall results show that digital citizenship behavior digital learning process could be a positive response to COVID-19 closure period.

This study aims to evaluate the e-learning status of physical education teacher candidates. To this end, we chose a mixed research method that combines the qualitative and quantitative data. We used "convergent parallel design" as our research design. A total of 111 teacher candidates, 65 men and 46 women, participated in the study. To determine the sample group, we chose purposive cum convenience sampling, which is one of the purposive sampling approaches. We utilized the "personal information form," as well as "Attitude Towards e-Learning Scale" which was developed by Haznedar & Baran (2012) as the quantitative data collection tool. For the collection of the qualitative data we used the interview forms. We analyzed the obtained data through SPSS 22 package program. During the analysis of the data we conducted Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine the normal distribution and according to the test results we used parametric statistics methods, which are descriptive statistics, t-test for two different independent variables and One Way Anova test for more than two independent variables. We used the content analysis method in the evaluation of the qualitative data. Evaluating the quantitative findings obtained through research, the study does not find any significant difference between the mean e-learning attitude scale scores of the participants and sexuality, e-learning knowledge level, time of daily using internet, purpose of using internet. Significant difference was found in the variables of age and working out of school. Reviewing of the qualitative findings in order to support the quantitative findings, we identify four sub-themes under the elearning main theme, which are "information status", "positive aspects", "negative aspects" and "necessity status." According to these themes, the findings demonstrate that most of the participants are informed about elearning. Participants frequently state freedom of time and place and practicality as the positive aspects of e-learning, while stating the absence of physical class atmosphere and not being able to receive instant feedback as the negative aspects. Additionally, the participants express the necessity of e-learning in terms of enriching the course content, teaching of theoretical lessons and adapting to the age of education and training, whilst also stating that e-learning results in inefficient social interactions, lack of practical lessons and decreasing job opportunities in the field and therefore it is not a necessity during education and training.

ÖzBu araştırma üniversite öğrencilerinin çevrimiçi öğrenmeye ilişkin tutumlarını ölçmek için geliştirilen bir tutum ölçeğinin geçerlik ve güvenilirlik çalışmalarına yöneliktir.Öğrencilerin çevrimiçi öğrenmeye yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesini sağlayacak bu çalışma gelecekte birçok açıdan yöneticilere ve öğretmenlere açık ve uzaktan öğrenme açısından daha iyi bir imkan sunulmasında yardımcı olabilecektir. Ölçek Anadolu Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesindeki 174 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, 44 maddelik 5'li likert tipi tutum ölçeğinden elde edilmiştir. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları, tutum ölçeğinin 20 maddeyi içeren 4 faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.Çevrimiçi tutum ölçeğinin ortaya çıkan 4 faktörü Genel Kabul, Bireysel Farkındalık, Kullanışlılık ve Uygulama Etkililiği olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliğini test etmek için yapılan faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre 20 maddeyi içeren 4 faktör toplamvaryansın %63,821'ini açıklamaktadır. İç tutarlık katsayıları (Cronbach alpha) genel kabul faktörü için 0.77, bireysel farkındalık faktörü için 0.85, kullanışlılık faktörü için 0.79 ve uygulama etkililiği için 0.68 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Güvenilirlik testi sonucuna göre tüm ölçeğin iç tutarlık katsayısı 0,90 olarak bulunmuştur.Faktörlerin birbiriyle arasındaki ilişki pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde iken bütün faktörler ölçeğin tamamıyla yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki göstermektedir. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları, faktör yapısının veriler ile uyumlu olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, ölçeğin güvenilir ve üniversitedeki öğrencilerin çevrimiçi öğrenmeye yönelik tutumlarının ölçülmesinde doğru bir araç olduğuna karar verilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Çevrimiçi Öğrenme, Tutum,Ölçek Geliştirme, Güvenilirlik, Geçerlik. AbstractThis research involves validity and reliability studies of a developing attitude scale that aims to measure the attitudes of university students towards online learning. The study of student's attitude towards online learning can in many ways help managers and teachers for better preparation in terms of open and distance learning for the future. The scale was administered to 174 university students from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Anadolu University. The research data was obtained from the 5 point Likert type scale with 44 items. The results of the EFA indicated that the scale has four factors including 20 items. The online learning scale including 20-items was developed on four domains as general acceptance; individual awareness; perceived usefulness and application effectiveness to online learning. As a result of factor analyses to test the construct validity of the scale; it was identified that 20 scale items can be associated with 4 factors and explains %63,821 total variance of the scale. It has been found that Cronbach alpha ranks are for the first factor: 0.77, for the second factor: 0.85, forthe third factor: 0.79 and for the fourth factor: 0.68 respectively.
