Abstract

Observation of the Libyan state leads to the observation that this state is currently collapsed. This collapse results in its inability to carry out its sovereign missions. This situation is justifiable by distant causes which are endogenous and exogenous, as well as those which are close. These causes are palpable through indicators which are at the same time social, economic and political. It is with this in mind that this article is concerned with knowing how the Libyan state came to collapse? And what are the supporting evidence?
