In response to the problems that the new crown pneumonia epidemic may bring to doctors in schools of Chinese medicine, such as information overload, traumatic stress, changes in mentality, crisis of trust, safety when going abroad, and employment choices, explain from the perspective of medical teachers in Chinese medicine schools. The understanding of the epidemic and the major events during the epidemic, combined with the experience of the psychological impact of the past epidemic on the doctors in the school, to highlight the outstanding contributions of medical staff in the fight against the epidemic, and to emphasize the strong leadership of the party and the unity of the people during the fight against the epidemic. The huge role played by Chinese medicine in the fight against the epidemic is the principle. In recent years, cloud computing technology has been continuously developed and improved. Traditional infrastructure as a service has been unable to meet users' needs for cloud computing delivery capabilities. They hope that more and more traditional IT software will be delivered in the form of cloud services. This paper mainly studies the utility optimization and stable matching strategy of UDRN based on EH and limited character input, divides the nodes into multiple clusters, and implements the utility optimization strategy within the clusters. Model users and relays as energy buyers and energy sellers. First, when users choose relays as their candidates, the golden section method is used to obtain the best relay power to maximize user utility. Secondly, based on the principle of maximizing the utility of matching, a mutual preference matrix between users and relays is established. Finally, based on the mutual preference matrix, an improved UDRN stable matching algorithm is proposed through the less complex GS algorithm. This algorithm will play a great role in the psychological reconstruction of doctors after the epidemic.

Performance Evaluation of Video Streaming Application Over CoAP in IoT

The Internet of Things (IoT) is considered a milestone for the realization of intelligent services through the interaction of smart things. Constrained application protocol (CoAP) was proposed by the Internet engineering task force as a web transfer protocol in the IoT. CoAP inherits the properties of the representational state transfer model to realize communications with low overhead. It is characterized by a small overhead and it uses the stateless UDP protocol in the transport layer. As the IoT has attracted more attention, the demands for various multimedia applications based on the IoT have increased. Video applications and IoT objects communicate through CoAP. CoAP defines a simple congestion control mechanism that can provide reliable communication between IoT endpoints. However, the congestion control mechanism was not proposed considering video streaming applications. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of video streaming applications for reliable CoAP communications between devices over a wireless network. To evaluate the performance, we perform multiple experiments by adjusting the CoAP transmission parameters. Moreover, we analyzed the effect of the segment duration of a video being streamed over CoAP. The results show that the default CoAP parameters do not fulfill the stringent Quality of Experience constraints. The experiments show that the default retransmission RTO is extremely high for the video streaming application. A small increase in the packet loss can significantly affect the video download time which increases the risk of playback interruption. Through experiments, we show that the performance of video streaming applications can be improved by tuning the congestion control parameters according to the network conditions. A smaller RTO value can ensure significant reduction in the segment download time. Similarly, the video can be downloaded quickly by increasing the number of unacknowledged transactions. Furthermore, the experiments show that the risk of playback interruption can be mitigated by downloading longer segments. This paper presents the Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over CoAP (DASCo), a solution for adaptive media streaming in the Internet of Things (IoT) environment. DASCo combines DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP), the widespread open standard for HTTP-compliant streaming, with Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP), the vendorindependent web transfer protocol designed for resource-constrained devices. The proposed solution uses DASH formats and mechanisms to make media segments available for consumers, and exploits CoAP to deliver media segments to consumers' applications. Consequently, the DASCo player offers native interoperability with IoT devices that are accessed via CoAP, thus it allows easy access to data collected by different sensors in order to enrich the multimedia services. In the paper we present an overview of constraints of default CoAP implementation with respect to media streaming, and propose guidelines for development of adaptive streaming service over CoAP. Moreover, we discuss the features of CoAP that can be investigated when designing an efficient adaptive algorithm for DASCo. Presented experimental results show poor performance of DASCo when default values of CoAP transmission parameters have been used. However, adjusting the parameters according to the network conditions considerably improves DASCo efficiency. Furthermore, in bad network conditions the enhanced DASCo is characterized by a more stable download rate compared to DASH. This feature is important in the context of dynamic media adaptation, since it allows an adaptation algorithm to better fit media bit rate with download conditions.
