“…T2 cells, which bear the HLA-A*0201 gene, but express a very low level of cell surface HLA-A2.1 molecules and are unable to present endogenous antigens due to a deletion of most of the MHC class II region including TAP (transporter-associated with antigen processing) and proteosome genes, were kindly provided by Dr Sun Zongtang (Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences).
