Abstract:The residues of carbamates pesticides can cause a threat to human and animal health. Therefore, the exact and speedy detection of pesticides is very urgent. In this work, a novel acetylcholinesterase (AChE) biosensor based on amino functionalized nitrogen‐doped reduced graphene oxide (NrGO−NH2) has been developed for the determination of carbamates pesticides. The NrGO−NH2 can not only serve as electronic bridges and signal amplifiers, but also efficiently immobilize AChE. The detection linear range for carbof… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
