Efficient Hepatocyte Engraftment in a Nonhuman Primate Model After Partial Portal Vein Embolization

Abstract: These data suggest that partial portal embolization of the recipient liver improves engraftment of transplanted hepatocytes in a primate preclinical model providing a new strategy for hepatocyte transplantation.
