Efficient control of high-precision three-dimensional atom localization via probe absorption in a five-level phase-coherent atomic system

Abstract: We propose a new scheme for high-precision three-dimensional (3D) atom localization by observing the spatially modulated absorption of a weak probe field operating in a partially closed-loop dependent five-level atomic system.
