Efficiency and technical progress in agricultural productivity in the European Union

Abstract: The aim of this study was to estimate changes in total productivity in agriculture of the EU, the EU 15 and the EU 10 countries and to determine to what extent these changes resulted from technical progress and to what extent from changes in production efficiency.
