Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerance of Gemtuzumab Ozogamicin Combined with FLAG/FLAG-Ida or Azacitidine in Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia

Abstract: Aim. To assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerance of gemtuzumab ozogamicin (GO) combined with FLAG/FLAG-Ida chemotherapy or azacitidine in patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) in clinical practice.
