A case report showed that transitional concentrations of cefmenoxime hydrochloride (CMX) to the maxillary sinus floor, outer walls, and entire ethmoid sinus were higher in patient with opening the natural ostium into the paranasal sinus than in patients who did not perform opening of the ostium prior to carrying out nebulizer therapy [11].…”
