Abstract: Objectives We hypothesised that the Mediterranean–DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay (MIND) diet is effective in maintaining/enhancing cognitive function in people of Chinese ethnicity, while forest bathing (FB) can enhance the effect of the MIND diet.
