Efficacy of the Mantram Repetition Program for Insomnia in Veterans With Posttraumatic Stress Disorder

Abstract: Statistics show that more than 80% of Veterans mention posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)-related symptoms when seeking treatment. Sleep disturbances and nightmares are among the top 3 presenting problems. Current PTSD trauma-focused therapies generally do not improve sleep disturbances.
