Abstract:Article informationBackground: A panniculectomy helps contouring the abdomen by removing the panniculus. Patients with large overhanging abdominal panniculus should benefit from this treatment. Pregnancy changes the size and contour of the abdomen; so, abdominoplasty is often requested during a Cesarean delivery.
