Abstract: Background Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is a commonly performed type of bariatric surgery. Early complications of LSG include bleeding, leakage, pulmonary embolism, and surgical site infections. Most surgeons try to implement preventive methods, such as omentopexy.
