Abstract:Fruits of three apple cultivars; Golden Delicious, Granny Smith and Fuji were inoculated with blue mold, Penicillium expansum, and kept under cold storage conditions for 75 days after treatment with non-chemical alternatives and the fungicide Topsin as a standard.
