The article analyzes the turnover of herbal products offered by a single pharmacy organization and identifies ways to increase sales of this group of pharmaceutical products. Every year, the popularity of herbal medicines sold in pharmacy chains among the population increases, this is due to the fact that the population in general is gradually moving to a healthy lifestyle nowadays and people prefer to use natural medicines recommended by pharmacists to restore their health. Considering the need to popularize phytoproducts among the population, the author analyzes the turnover of this group of products, identifies the most popular names of pharmaceutical products in this group and comes to the following conclusion: the largest number of herbal products is represented by the company "Pharmatsvet" (62%), the company "Evalar" is represented by 38%. The authors found that the pharmacy "Pharmacy for the Thrifty" the largest number of implemented drugs (Q1 in the amount of RUB 1239288, in the 2nd quarter in the amount of RUB 1345320) and the lowest sold of mineral waters (in the 1st quarter of selling amounted to RUB 76321, in the 2nd quarter 54321 RUB). On the basis of the analysis of the structure of the range of pharmacy "Pharmacy for the Thrifty" it is established that in the 1st quarter, the largest number were drugs from 39.04%, in the second quarter this figure had risen to 40.9%. A study of the range of herbal products in the pharmacy "Pharmacy for the Thrifty" showed that the products of the company "Evalar" have a smaller share in the range. This is due to the fact that the cost of herbal teas of this company is much higher than similar herbal teas of the company "Farmatsvet". Evalar also publishes its own magazine, phytodoctor, which is distributed free of charge. In each magazine, you can find a tea bag that this company produces. At any purchase, each buyer is issued such a magazine, the pharmacist should invite customers to pay attention to the magazine page, where there is a sample of a particular herbal tea and talk about the advantages of Evalar products.

Oral health is considered of paramount importance for visually impaired individuals due to the difficulties they face to maintain a good oral hygiene practice in different aspects, knowledge, physical and social. Thus, the provision of adequate training and education about oral health and the chemical role of mouthwashes is required for this group of society. This research aims at comparing the effect of various types of mouthwashes on gingival health among visually impaired persons. Materials and Methods: 92 students with a vision impairment of ages between (10-20) years suffering from gingivitis caused by dental plaque accumulation were included in this research. The sample was divided into 4 groups according to the type of used mouthwash as follows: 1) Chamomile group, 2) Aloe Vera group, 3) Chlorhexidine group, 4) Distilled water group. Dental plaque index (PI) and gingival index (GI) were recorded before the initiation of the treatment and after 15 days. One-way (ANOVA test) and the (Bonferroni test) were used for results analysis at p<0.05. Statistical analyses were completed using (SPSS) software -v13. Results: Aloe Vera and CHX groups have improved the dental plaque index (PI) without significant statistical differences. Both (CHX and Aloe Vera) have proven superiority over the Chamomile group which was statistically significant. Gingival index (GI) has improved in the Chamomile, Aloe Vera, and CHX groups without any statistical differences. Conclusion: Within the limitation of our study, we concluded that (Aloe Vera) mouthwashes can be used as a substitute to CHX in controlling plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation among visually impaired persons. Also, Chamomile mouthwashes have a distinguished impact on gingival inflammation, yet more researches are required.

Objective: To know the influence of immersion length of denture base of acrylic resin in Siwak solution (Salvadora persica) on Candida albicans growth. Material and Methods: This type of research is laboratory experimental. The Siwak plant (Salvadora persica) was extracted and 1% solution was formed. The media used were Sabouraud Dextrose Broth (SDB) and Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA). Candida albicans was cultured as 1 dose in 100 ml of SDB medium, and then incubated at shaker rotation for 1x24 hours. The concentration chosen to test the effectiveness of siwak extract solution was 1%, 10%, 15% and 25%. Data were presented as mean ± SD. Results: Zone of 6 hours Siwak extract immersion inhibitor by 43.47 ± 0.35, 8 hours to know the influence of immersion length of denture base of acrylic resin in Siwak solution (Salvadora persica) on candida albicans growth 44.42 ± 0.02, 10 hours of 52.79 ± 0.03. Conclusion: There is a difference of immersion length of denture base of acrylic resin on Candida albicans growth in Siwak extract solution (Salvadora persica).
