Efficacy of Local Corticosteroid in Idiopathic Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract: IntroductionNow-a-days Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is an emerging health problem in Bangladesh especially among middle and old age female population. It is the compression of the median nerve at the wrist (carpal tunnel) in absence of an obvious injury, trauma or surgery which causes significant morbidity and reduces work output in affected patients.
