Efficacy of intravenous eptifibatide in primary percutaneous coronary intervention patients

Abstract: Early and complete restoration of blood flow in closed coronary arteries is the main goal in treating patients with myocardial infarction. Primary angioplasty is not always successful in establishing myocardial blood flow.
