Abstract: PurposeTo evaluate the hemostatic effect of intraarticular injection of a thrombin-based hemostatic agent in total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Materials and MethodsWe performed a prospective randomized controlled trial on the use of a thrombin-based hemostatic agent in patients undergoing unilateral TKA.
