Abstract: Background and Aims: Duodenal cancer is one of the extracolonic malignancies with known mortality in familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) patients. Visualization of the major duodenal papilla (MDP) with a standard esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) is currently insufficient because of the limited field of view.
