Efficacy of Fibrin Sealant in the Management of Complex Anal Fistula

Abstract: The success rate of fibrin glue application for complex anorectal fistulas without extension is 14 percent. Magnetic resonance imaging predicts outcome at an earlier stage than clinical examination.
