Efficacy of Epinephrine Injection in Preventing Post-ERCP Pancreatitis

Abstract: Background: Rectal indomethacin or a topical spray of epinephrine to the papilla of Vater has each shown efficacy alone in the prevention of post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography pancreatitis (PEP).
