Efficacy of dexmedetomidine on postoperative analgesia & sedation in children undergoing adenotonsillectomy

Abstract: Background: Adenotonsillectomy is a common surgical procedure in pediatric population, but postoperative pain management is a challenging concern for anaesthetist.
