Efficacy of dexmedetomidine in combination with morphine for pain management in patients with cesarean section

Abstract: <p><strong>Background &amp; Objectives:</strong> Intraspinal morphine shows a high analgesic efficacy but high incidence of adverse events and dexmedetomidine (Dex) improves anesthesic actions and anesthesia-related adverse reactions.
