Abstract:Concentrated growth factors (CGF) are complexes comprising a fibrin matrix that incorporates growth factors, plasma, and leukocyte cytokines. Here, we investigated the effectiveness of CGF as a tympanic membrane regeneration therapy in a guinea pig eardrum perforation model.
