Abstract: ObjectiveKCNT1‐related epilepsies encompass three main phenotypes: (i) epilepsy of infancy with migrating focal seizures (EIMFS), (ii) autosomal dominant or sporadic sleep‐related hypermotor epilepsy [(AD)SHE], and (iii) different types of developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEE).
