Efficacy Increase of Lipid Nanoparticles In Vivo by Inclusion of Bis(Monoacylglycerol)Phosphate

Abstract: Aim: To investigate the effect of incorporating bis(monoacylglycerol)phosphate (BMP) lipid into a lipid nanoparticle and the functional transport of mRNA by the formulated nanoparticles in vivo.
