Abstract: OBJECTIVE The Seroquel Patient Evaluation on Changing Treatment Relative to Usual Medication (SPECTRUM) study assessed the efficacy and tolerability of quetiapine (Seroquel™) in patients with schizophrenia switched from treatments providing suboptimal outcomes.
