Efficacy and safety of racecadotril as an adjunct to oral rehydration therapy for acute watery diarrhea in children

Abstract: Background: Racecadotril, an enkephalinase inhibitor with antisecretory action is a safe and effective treatment for acute diarrhea for children and adults.
